Sustainability
Sustainability begins with the choices you make
The choice of the right material has a major influence on the environmental footprint of your print product. We advise you on resource-efficient papers – for example with the FSC®, Blue Angel or Cradle to Cradle® certification. Your commitment can also be made visible on the product.
Those who want to go one step further can make a voluntary climate contribution and thus offset unavoidable CO₂ emissions – for example from transport. We have been working with ClimatePartner for many years and support certified climate protection projects.
We take responsibility in everything we print
For us, sustainability does not stop at paper. We print with organic, vegetable oil-based inks and avoid materials and processes that could interfere with the paper-recycling loop. We also use only recyclable solutions for packaging. We take a consistent approach to energy use: our production runs on 100% green electricity – since 2023 partly directly from our own solar roof in Pratteln. Sustainability flows into every decision we make – from the choice of machinery to processes through to delivery.
Print is sustainable – by nature
Paper is a natural, recyclable raw material. It can be recycled several times and therefore stays in the loop – unlike many digital systems that rely on scarce resources and complex technology. A printed product remains. It is seen, held, kept and can create an impact that lasts beyond the moment. Print is durable, credible and can be experienced with the senses. That is precisely why print products are, in many cases, also the more sustainable choice from an environmental perspective.
